Account details — your name and email address when you sign up, managed through our authentication provider.

Payment details — handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but never see or store your full card number.

Learning activity — your course progress, points, rank, and similar data so we can show your journey.

Community content — posts, comments, and reactions you choose to share.

PractiBot messages — when you chat with our AI concierge, your messages are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a reply.

Usage & technical data — basic analytics and log data (such as pages viewed and device/browser information) to keep the site working and improve it.

To provide and personalize your membership, process payments, run the community, respond to support requests, keep the service secure, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

We share data only with the service providers that help us run Hands-On AI, and only as needed:

• Supabase — account, database, and content hosting
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
• Anthropic — powering the PractiBot AI assistant
• Google Analytics — anonymous usage measurement
• Our hosting provider — serving the website

We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in, and analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data except where we must keep it (for example, billing records required by law).

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing. To make a request, email us and we’ll help. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your data. No online service can be perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Hands-On AI is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
