What is Hands-On AI Club?

Hands-On AI Club is a membership site that teaches AI by doing: short hands-on courses on Claude Code, ChatGPT, Claude, automation and AI agents, plus free written guides, downloadable AI skills, and a members' community. One monthly price, cancel anytime.

Do you teach Claude Code?

Yes — Claude Code is our home turf. Start with the free Claude Code guides (slash commands, building routines, connecting NotebookLM and more), download ready-made skills for it, and go deeper with the courses and community inside the club.

Is there a free AI course for beginners?

Yes — ChatGPT for Real Work, a free, interactive 9-lesson mini-course for non-technical people at handsonaiclub.com/free-course/chatgpt. You teach ChatGPT who you are, learn when to use Chat, Work or Codex, write prompts with a 4-part formula, make a week of social content, build a landing page and set up tasks that run on their own, with copy-paste prompts for 9 professions. You just need a free account (no card).

Where can I download free AI skills for Claude Code?

In the free skills library at handsonaiclub.com/skills — ready-made skills for website building, SEO, copywriting, conversion, ads, documents, design and more. Each one downloads as a .zip with a free account (no card). Unzip the folder into your project's .claude/skills/ directory, then type /skills in Claude Code to confirm it loaded.

Do Claude skills also work in Codex?

Yes. Claude Code and Codex both build on the open Agent Skills standard (agentskills.io): a skill is a folder with a SKILL.md file inside. Claude Code reads skills from ~/.claude/skills/ or your project's .claude/skills/; Codex reads them from ~/.agents/skills/ or your project's .agents/skills/. Our skill pages include the Codex install step alongside the Claude ones.

Do I need a technical background?

No. Everything is taught in plain language for people who use a computer, not people who build them. Total beginners are exactly who the club is for.

What's free and what's paid?

All written guides are completely free — no signup needed. Every AI skill download and the ChatGPT mini-course are free too; you just create a free account (no card). The video courses, workshops, guided learning track and community are included with membership.

How much does the membership cost?

One simple plan: $29 per month with everything included — every course, workshop, the guided track and the community. No tiers, no upsells, and you can cancel anytime in a couple of clicks.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Membership is month to month, and you can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
