Terms of Service

A Hands-On AI membership gives you access to our online courses, guides, workshops, community, and tools for as long as your subscription is active. We add and update content over time; the specific content available may change.

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Memberships are for a single person — sharing your login or account credentials is not permitted.

Membership is billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown at checkout ($29/month at the time of writing). Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account’s billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. If something has gone wrong with your billing, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Course materials, videos, and downloads are licensed to you for your own personal learning. You may not copy, share, resell, publicly post, or redistribute them, or use them to build a competing product. When you take part in the community, be respectful — no harassment, spam, illegal content, or infringement of others’ rights.

You keep ownership of what you post in the community. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it within the service. You are responsible for what you share, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

Hands-On AI includes AI-assisted features such as PractiBot. AI responses can be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for general learning support only — not professional, legal, financial, or other expert advice. Please use your own judgment and verify anything important.

All content and materials we provide, and the Hands-On AI brand, remain our property or that of our licensors. Your membership grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access them — nothing more.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee particular results from any course. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may update the service and these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use means you accept them. We may suspend or end access for accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the service at any time by cancelling your membership.
